Customized Switch Room

In 2022, ACE successfully completed the supply and fabrication of a switch room for a project in Western Australia. The scope included designing and manufacturing a fully tailored unit to meet the specific operational and safety requirements. The switch room was engineered for durability, functionality, and seamless integration.

Custom Built Enclosure

In 2022, ACE successfully completed a project including the design, fabrication, and supply of two custom-built enclosures for C1100D5 gensets. Each enclosure measured 12 meters in length, 5 meters in width, and 3.8 meters in height. The units were manufactured to meet specific project requirements and shipped to the Air Traffic Service Center in Perth, Australia.

Gas Genset Enclosure

For the Bellevue Gold Thermal Power Station Project – Phase 1 in Western Australia, ACE supplied six custom-built gas genset enclosures. Delivered in 2022, these enclosures were designed to withstand the harsh conditions of a remote mining environment while ensuring optimal acoustic attenuation, ventilation, and equipment protection.

Diesel Genset Enclosure

In 2023, ACE successfully delivered 6 custom-built diesel genset enclosures for the Bellevue Gold Thermal Power Station Project – Phase 2, located in Western Australia. The scope of work included the design and supply of specialized enclosures engineered for generator sets, ensuring durability, optimal performance, and seamless site integration.

In 2022, ACE successfully completed the supply of two 40 ft. ISO custom-built CSC-certified enclosures designed for a project in New Zealand.
